Reanda Netherlands is uniquely positioned to perform audit, assurance and non-assurance engagement for international companies. Reanda Netherlands has the ambition to become a realistic alternative for international companies in supporting and auditing their global expansion.
Reanda Netherlands is regulated by the Financial Markets Authorities (AFM) in the Netherlands and is a member of the Association of Russian Auditors. We work under the highest standards of ethics, compliance and transparency in the acceptance of our clients and performance of our services. Our audit license provide that we can conduct statutory audits. Our professional standards require us to keep client information confidential.
We are members of The Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA). Being a certified audit firm, eligible to conduct statutory audits, also implies that regularly our audit quality, standards and client acceptance procedures are being reviewed by various authorities.
Reanda Netherlands specialises in auditing international group structures under International Standards of Audit (ISA) 600. As group auditor, we assume full responsibility for the audit of the whole group, including all entities (components) in other jurisdictions. Our experienced staff has international qualifications, including ACCA, and has excellent knowledge of IFRS.
In addition to audit, we provide transaction services such as valuation, due diligence and corporate finance advisory in case of cross-border mergers & acquisitions and transactions.
Our clients are larger international companies, often with their origin from and based in emerging markets. Our clients are involved in Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods and Agriculture.
