Reanda UK is the UK member firm of Reanda International. Reanda UK Limited is a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of Grunberg & Co Limited.

Grunberg & Co was founded in 1990 and has rapidly grown to become an established accountancy firm in the UK.

Our expansion over 26 years has enabled us to become a top 100 UK accountancy firm, with a further 70 experienced staff members.

During this time, we have not had a need to advertise or acquire other practices – we have grown organically – through general client referrals, the growth of existing clients and specific referrals from those clients and other organisations, such as banks, solicitors and other introducers.

We serve a select business client base ranging from international groups of companies with turnovers exceeding £1bn, AIM listed companies to sole traders.

We are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), the Reanda International Network, ISO9001 accredited, Chartered Tax Advisors and approved employers with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

We also act for a variety of non-business clients and high net worth individuals.

Our client base includes clients who trade internationally, have come over from overseas to setup in the UK and have setup overseas themselves. For example, an internationally known fashion client has not only a UK base, but has setup in Hong Kong, South Korea and the USA. We have also been appointed as the auditor of a UK parent company with over 30 Chinese subsidiaries.

Whilst we are proud to be Chartered Accountants, we are known to be a firm with a difference – we are not just Chartered Accountants - we are also financial therapists and business challengers.

We go beyond the role of being just accountants, auditors and tax advisors to both established businesses and start-ups. Importantly, we are also business advisors and business mentors – we realise that helping clients to run and grow their business goes beyond simply giving tax advice and preparing numbers. For many clients we act as quasi directors and often provide unique business behavioural advisory services such as setting up staff motivation schemes and tax efficient share incentive schemes.
