About Us

Reanda Haroon Zakaria Aamir Salman Rizwan & Company, Chartered Accountants is an established accounting and advisory firm, comprising more than 140 associates and consultants. The firm was founded by Mr. Muhammad Haroon (FCA) and Mr. Zakaria (FCA) in 1993 after the merger of their sole proprietorship practices. The merger brought immense synergies in terms of resources and expertise and has fueled the firm’s growth since then.

We are listed on the panel of auditors of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) which allows the firm to provide assurance services to the insurance and the banking sectors. We have been successfully achieving a satisfactory Quality Control Review (QCR) program rating for more than a decade. QCR program is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for provision of quality audit & assurance services.

We are an authorized Training Organization (TO) of ICAP and approved employers with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). This reflects the confidence of professional accounting bodies on the firm’s capabilities to train future leaders. The firm has over 75 trainees of both ICAP and ACCA. Our senior partners are registered tax practitioners with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and are members of Tax Bar Association.
