On 15 – 17 August 2023, the Reanda International delegation led by Chairman Mr. Huang Jinhui and CEO Mr. Franklin Lau visited Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, accompanied by Mr. Rashed Awaji, Managing Partner of Reanda Saudi Arabia. The Reanda International delegation paid courtesy visits to meet with Chinese government officials and enterprises to further promote the brand of Reanda and link up Reanda Saudi Arabia with the Chinese associations and enterprises in Saudi Arabia.
On the morning of 16 August, Chairman Mr. Huang Jinhui and CEO Mr. Franklin Lau led the Reanda International delegation to pay a courtesy visit to the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia. The delegation was honored to meet with Mr. Xie Qinsheng, the Minister Counsellor for Economic and Commercial of the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia, and introduced the latest developments of Reanda in Saudi Arabia. It was with great pleasure that the delegation learned from Mr. Xie about the opportunities and challenges for Chinese enterprises in Saudi Arabia.
Next, the delegation visited Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) and received by Dr. Abdulrahman M Alrazeen, the executive director of the association's management professional regulations, strengthening the association's understanding and recognition of the Reanda brand.
On the afternoon of 16 August, the delegation met with Mr. Ding Rui, the Secretary-General of the Contact Office of Chinese Companies in Saudi Arabia (COCC) and the Vice Chairman of China Railway Construction Corporation’s Middle East regional office. They had a cordial meeting with Mr. Ding Rui and the delegation demonstrated Reanda’s comprehensive capabilities to serve the local Chinese enterprises.
Then, the delegation visited Mr. Yang Ruijun, Chief Financial Officer of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (KSA). Having a productive exchange of views with the management of CSCEC in Saudi Arabia, the delegation learned about CSCEC’s participation in various important projects in the local market and its needs for professional business services.
On 17 August, CEO Mr. Franklin Lau and Mr. Rashed Awaji, Managing Partner of Reanda Saudi Arabia visited Alinma Bank. Mr. Lau and Mr. Awaji met with the head of the corporate finance department and took the great opportunity to introduce Reanda International with our deployment plan of providing professional services to Chinese enterprises globally. The bank expressed keen interest in providing banking service support to Reanda and Chinese enterprises.
Later that day, Mr. Lau had an in-depth meeting with Dr. Hamad Al Awfy, the Chairman of Alawfy Consulting, a well-known consulting company in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Hamad Al Awfy showed great interest in Reanda International’s current business consulting projects presented by Mr. Lau. Dr. Hamad Al Awfy also offered advises and suggestions for further cooperation between the two parties.
The Reanda International delegation conducted extensive visits and fruitful meetings with Reanda Saudi Arabia during the trip to Riyadh. Special thanks to Mr. Rashed Awaji, Managing Partner of Reanda Saudi Arabia for his support and effort to establish the recognition and influence of the Reanda brand in the region rapidly. Reanda International’s regional members in the Middle East and Africa will continue to enhance their professional capabilities and jointly escort Chinese enterprises to "go global".
