Followed with the successful China Desk road-show in Australia held from 12 to 16 September 2014, Mr. Huang Jinhui and Mr. Kevin Tang, Chairman and Director of Reanda International concluded the China Desk road-show in Malaysia through the coordination of Reanda Malaysia. The Reanda delegation paid courtesy visits to meet with local government officials and the business organizations to promote Reanda brand and the China Desk in Malaysia on 18 September 2014.
In the morning, the six-member Reanda delegation including Mr. Huang, Mr. Tang, Mr. LL Koong, Managing Partner of Reanda Malaysia and other representatives of Reanda International Beijing headquarters and Reanda Malaysia met with Mr. Keith Li, Acting President of the China Enterprises Association in Malaysia (CENAM). During the meeting, introduction has been made by both parties and the recent development of the local Chinese conglomerates was also discussed. In addition, Mr. Huang and Mr. Koong presented Mr. Li and his team with the development of Reanda International’s China Desk program which meticulously addresses the business needs of Chinese and local enterprises by offering a broad array of business solutions. Mr. Li was impressed with the vision of our initiative and he also warmly welcomed the joining of Reanda Malaysia as a member company of CENAM.
In the afternoon, the Reanda delegation, led by Mr. Keith Li, Vice President & General Secretary of CENAM, was honored to meet with Mr. Shang Shengping and Mr. Kang Yi Ming, the Deputy Minister-Counsellor and Third Secretary for Economic and Commercial Affairs of China Embassy in Malaysia respectively in Kuala Lumpur. In addition to the presentation about the missions and development of Reanda International and the China Desk program delivered by Mr. Huang, Mr. Shang, Mr. Kang, Mr. Li and the Reanda delegation engaged in interactive dialogues on the latest development of Chinese's business activities in Malaysia. In view of the opportunities and momentum that businesses around the world eyeing at Asia in particularly China, Mr. Shang appreciated Reanda International's development of the China Desk program. While Malaysia, being one of the largest economies among the ASEAN countries and one of China’s important strategic partner in its economic development, Reanda International’s continuous involvement in strengthening the ties between the business enterprises in Malaysia, China and other Asia countries is highly encouraged.
Followed by the visit to the Chinese Embassy, the Reanda delegation met with the Mr. Meng Qingbo, Mr. Eiddie Cheong Wai Seong and Mrs. Lin Fong Fong, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Chief Analyst and Deputy Director of Risk Management respectively of the Bank of China in Malaysia. During the meeting, Mr. Huang Jinhui introduced Reanda International and Mr. Meng briefed the Reanda delegation with the latest development of Bank of China in Malaysia. Both parties exchanged valuable ideas and views on auditing, financial analysis and risk management services in financial sector in China and Malaysia.
Later that day, Mr. Huang and Mr. Tang concluded a visit to the Kuala Lumpur office of Reanda Malaysia. A working group discussion with Mr. LL Koong, Ms. Bigi Neoh, partner of Reanda Malaysia and the team was held to discuss the potential business opportunities within the Network and the continuous development of the China Desk in Malaysia
While the China Desk road-show in Malaysia brought an excellent opportunity for Reanda International and Reanda Malaysia to promote the Reanda brand locally, it also assisted our member to get connected with the Chinese enterprises for identifying business opportunities. Armed with in-depth local market knowledge and supported up by professionals with extensive knowledge in Chinese accounting standard and regulations, we believe the China Desk in Malaysia will continue to strengthen our capacity to serve the multinational conglomerates investing in and out of China.
