Forum on Sino-Portuguese Business and Economic Relations, Cooperation and Development hosted by Reanda Portugal correspondent firm in Lisbon supported by Reanda International was held on 15 July 2019


On 15 July 2019, Reanda Portugal correspondent firm Cascais, Pêga Magro & Roque, SROC Lda under the BTOC group hosted a Forum on Sino-Portuguese Business and Economic Relations, Cooperation and Development in Lisbon supported by Reanda International. The Forum was attended by over 80 guests, including government officials, representatives from Chinese and Portuguese enterprises as well as Mr. Chairman Huang Jinhui of Reanda International.

Themed “Complementarities and opportunities in trade relations between China and Portugal and the role of organizations in promoting strategies to access these markets and in the development of cooperation activities”, the forum was chaired by Mr. Bernardo Mendia, Vice-president PLPLE SINO Federation - Sino-Portuguese and Spanish Speaking Countries Federation. The Forum commenced with welcome remarks by Mr. Jose Farinha, founder of BTOC Group. After that was a key note speech delivered by Chairman Mr. Huang, to share his insights on seizing business opportunities brought by the Sino-Portuguese economic cooperation.

The highlight of the meeting was a spectrum of speech delivered by distinguished guests including Mr. Rodrigo Brum, Deputy Secretaries-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries; Ms. Paula Franco, Bastonary of Certified Accountants Order; Ms. Fernanda Ilhéu, President of Association Friend of the New Silk route; Ms. Carla Doutor, Secretary of The Portuguese Statutory Auditors; Ms. Alda Oliveira, Chairman of AICEP Portugal Global - Trade & Investment Agency to speak on topics about the conference theme in various aspects, including but not limited to supporting Chinese enterprises to invest in Portugal, anti-money laundering practice in Sino-Portugal investment as well as how Reanda International and BTOC Group could work together closely to make impact on the development of China-Portugal investment. The Forum was closed by Mr. Pedro Lourenco, partner of BTOC Group.

The insightful forum was not only providing an excellent opportunity for professionals to exchange insights on Sino-Portuguese cooperation but also strengthening the connection of Reanda Portugal correspondent firm with Chinese enterprises in Portugal as well.
