“From Hong Kong to Europe: Investing in Portugal” seminar co-hosted by Reanda Hong Kong and Reanda Portugal held in Hong Kong

On Wednesday, 16 October 2019, Reanda Hong Kong and our Portugal correspondent firm co-hosted a seminar themed “From Hong Kong to Europe: Investing in Portugal” at the Reanda Hong Kong office to cover the latest development of the Portuguese economy, the tax, legal and financial framework for foreign investment as well as investment solutions available for foreign investors.

The seminar, as opened by Mr. Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International and Director of Reanda Hong Kong, was attended by Reanda Hong Kong partners along with their key clients and associates who are interested to invest in Portugal. The speaker, Mr. José Pedro Farinha, CEO of our Portugal correspondent firm and its consulting arm BTOC Consulting gave a briefing presentation of Europe as an investment solution. The other speakers Ms. Cláudia Rodrigues, head of management advisory and Ms. Filipa Ferreira, head of tax of the firm gave insights on the Portuguese legal-economic framework, as well as the international business experience and investment solutions through Portugal under Portugal 2020 Program for the foreign investors. The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion where the attendees actively sought professional advice from the speakers.
