Major achievements in first half of 2011

Approaching the first half of 2011, we are proud to announce the following achievements:

a) Dr Tran Khanh Lam (Partner of Vietvalues) has been awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of Vietnam (Decision No. 656/QD-TTG dated 05 May 2011) in recognition for the great contribution and high achievements of the individuals in the development of the independent auditing profession in Vietnam for the period from 2006 - 2010. These awards were officially announced on 26 May 2011 in Hanoi when VACPA and MOF celebrated the 20th Anniversary Ceremony of the independent auditing profession in Vietnam (1991 - 2011).

b) Mr Nguyen Thanh Sang (Managing Partner of Vietvalues) has been appointed as one of the board members of Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) for the period 2011-2015. VACPA is the professional body representing practising auditors in Vietnam.

c) Vietvalues Audit and Consulting Co., Ltd has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Ministry of Finance in recognition for its contribution to the development of the independent auditing profession in Vietnam for the period from 2006 - 2010 (Decision No. 1010 dated 06 May 2011 of the Ministry of Finance).
