New correspondent firm in Bangladesh adding to Reanda International’s coverage in Asia

Reanda International is delighted to announce the admission of a new correspondent firm in Bangladesh effective 13 September 2019.

Established in 1978 in Bangladesh, Pinaki & Company Chartered Accountants (“Pinaki”) is a well established firm founded by Mr. Pinaki Das who has 40 years of experience in audits of bank, insurance, leasing company, manufacturing units, leading NGOs and private companies. Mr. Pinaki Das registered more than 5,000 private limited companies in last 40 years while also has brought 8 private limited companies into IPO through Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) & Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).

The head office and two branch offices of Pinaki are located in the capital city Dhaka, with a total of 5 partners and a further 145 professionals. The firm’s client base is made up of both international and domestic companies with a strong international focus, and mainly includes but not limited to banks, financial institutions, insurance, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, textiles and garments, manufacturing companies. While Pinaki focuses on delivering audit & accounting, tax, advisory and regulatory services,  the firm has a dedicated tax team headed by the former Commissioners of National Board of Revenue (NBR) in providing corporate tax, corporate VAT and personal income tax, appeals to a wide range of clients.

The firm has been classified as an A category firm by the Central Bank of Bangladesh Bank, as well as on the panel of auditors of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition the firm has also been enlisted with NGO Affairs Bureau for conducting audit of NGO.
