Reanda China converts to special general partnership



Reanda China has officially converted its operations from limited liability company to a special general partnership. A signing ceremony of the partnership agreement was held at the Beijing Lijinwan Hotel on 6 June 2013. All 30 partners under this new arrangement participated in the signing ceremony.

Mr. Quhuai Ming, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce; Mr. Ding Pingzhun, Former Vice-president, the Secretary-general of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA); Mr Wang Kaiqian, Deputy Director of MOFCOM Electronic Commerce Center; Ms. Bai Xiaohong, Officer of Research and Development Department at the CICPA; Mr. Wang Ning, Vice Secretary-general of the Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants and several business leaders from the community also joined this very important occasion.

After the signing ceremony, a series of partners meeting were held to elect the new management team of the firm, during which Mr. Huang Jinhui was elected and appointed as the chief accountant and legal representative of Reanda China.

The special general partnership began operation on March, 2013.

This is a historic milestone for Reanda China. Following the Chinese government's directives to promote special general partnership as the organizational form among medium and large-sized accounting firms, the conversion into special general partnership definitely equipped Reanda China to further expand its operation and services.

According to the Circular jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on Adjusting Application Requirements for Accounting Firms with Securities Qualifications in February 2012, one of the new requirements for accounting firms applying for securities qualifications is that the firm shall be either special general partnership or general partnership, while those accounting firms already qualified for securities-related business shall complete such reshuffle within the two-year transitional period.

With a recent addition of team from Zhonglei Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd the sixteenth-largest accounting firm in China, presently Reanda China has 2,000 staff working across 22 branches nationwide and fee income of RMB400 million.
