On 23rd November 2017, Reanda CPAs LLP. held the 2nd interview of intended application partners in Beijing. A total of five application materials were collected by the application deadline.
The interview was conducted by Mr. Yan Tingli and Mr. Zhou Hongtao, the chairman and vice chairman of the Partner Affairs and Personnel Salary Assessment Committee while Mr. Huang Jinhui, the chief partner, was invited and formed the interviewer team.
During the interview, the interviewer team adopted various assessment methods, such as group interview and individual interview, to evaluate the working experience, management concept, sense of teamwork, risk awareness and professional ethics of the applicants, and generated the interview result for each applicant.
According to the interview and group comprehensive assessment, all applicants passed the interview.
