Reanda International announces new board of directors

Reanda International has announced the appointment of three new directors to its board effective 10 December 2019 for a three-year term. The board of directors, led by Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International, develops, implements the global strategies and governs the management of Reanda International.

The new directors joining the board of Reanda International are:

• Mr. Bharat Rijal, Nepal (South East Asia & South Asia Region);
• Mr. Robert Bean, UK (Europe Region);
• Mr. Jackson Chan, Macau (Asia and Oceania Region);

The three new directors elected from our member firms fill the vacancies created by the retirement of directorship of Mr. L.L. Koong, Mr. Peter Polar and Mr. Tanny Yu from Malaysia, Australia and Hong Kong respectively due to completion two consecutive terms or 6 consecutive years of directorship.
