Reanda International cemented its presence in Russia

Reanda International is delighted to announce the admission of a new member firm in Russia, effective 28 November 2019.

Established in 2018, Scope LLC is led by managing partner Ms. Victoria Salamatina and tax partner Ms. Yulia Gladysheva. With 2 partners and a total staff force of 6 working out of the head office in the business district of Moscow, Scope LLC provides a wide range of audit, tax consulting, legal consulting, financial advisory, management advisory, evaluation services, bookkeeping and accounting and business supporting services. With more than 20 years of experiences in auditing, Ms. Victoria Salamatina has participated in a large number of cross border M&A and transaction support projects internationally and has deep expertise in natural resources, real estate & construction, manufacturing, logistics, consumer goods and retail. Before Ms. Victoria Salamatina co-founded the firm, she was the audit partner of BDO Russia and the Managing Partner of HLB Energy Consulting (Russia) while Ms. Yulia Gladysheva has more than 25 years of experience in audit of listed companies as well as internal control review assignment. Scope Holding Amsterdam BV, the holding company of Reanda Netherlands owns 49% shares of Scope LLC.

Scope LLC is licensed by Rossiysky SoyuzAuditorov (RSA), the main self-regulating organization of auditors in Russia registered by the Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation. Both partners are enthusiastic and forward thinking, their breadth and depth of professional experience has given them a high profile locally and they are very active within the profession in Russia. The Scope LLC Moscow team works closely with the Reanda Netherlands team to expand presence and business so as to serve multinational clients across the CIS countries and regions. We believe they have the ability and energy to drive the firm’s business growth while their approach is in tune with our network strategy to enhance the network’s development in the CIS countries and regions. While Scope LLC is continuously expanding in their professional team, the addition of this Russian firm will definitely bring a great deal of new experience and expertise to the Network.
