From 19 to 20 September 2020, Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International together with a delegation of Reanda China partners participated in the Hainan Free Trade Port (Sanya) Forum For International Investment. Organised by the Sanya Municipal Government in Hainan, China and Sanya Investment Promotion Bureau, and co-organised by Accounting Society For Foreign Economic Relations & Trade of China, Hainan Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Reanda China and Reanda International Human Resources Consulting (Hainan) Co., Ltd., the forum was held at Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay in Hainan, China , offering global investors a chance to learn about the opportunities brought by the construction of the Hainan free trade port. The Forum was well attended by over 300 guests and delegates, including representatives from the top 500 foreign trading companies in China, scholars, entrepreneurs as well as representatives from various business organisations.
On 19 September, roundtable sessions about the investment strategies for “dual circulation” economic model were held, which envisions a new economic development strategy relying less on global integration and more in expanding domestic commerce. The discussion was led by former dean of Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation Mr. Chai Haitao and participated by guests including former vice president of China Development Bank Mr. Li Jiping, representatives from enterprises and business organisations as well as chairman and vice-chairman of various China chambers, including the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts, China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemical Importers and Exporters, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products and China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation.
At the investment environment introduction conference held on 20 September, the Sanya Investment Promotion Bureau and the four major industrial parks made a presentation to introduce Hainan Free Trade Port policies as well as promoting the key parks. In addition, the Sanya government signed cooperation agreements with 14 enterprises in promoting the business development of Hainan Free Trade Port. It was followed by the launching ceremony of Reanda International "Belt and Road" Business Service management headquarters, Reanda International Human Resources Consulting (Hainan) Co., Ltd and Reanda China’s new branch in Hainan. The Chairman Mr. Huang Jinhui was invited to deliver a speech on international business cooperation and future cooperation between Reanda International and Hainan Free Trade Port. During Mr. Huang’s speech, he said, “ Reanda International, as an international accounting network that was founded in China, will continue to participate in the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, nurture future cross-border professionals in accounting and tax fields as well as to capture the new business waves generated from the Free Trade Port.
The Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port was released on 1 June 2020 by the Chinese government, which aims to build the Hainan island into a globally-influential high-level free trade port by the middle of the century. With preferential policies on trade facilitation, import and export duties, and customs supervision that will be rolled out over the next years, businesses from all over the world are welcomed to explore all the new opportunities arising from this new world-leading free trade port. On 1 April 2020, the Sanya Investment Promotion Bureau entered strategical cooperation agreement with the Beijing headquarters of Reanda International. To this end, Reanda International "Belt and Road" Business Service Management Headquarters and Reanda International Human Resources Consulting (Hainan) Co., Ltd were established in Hainan to facilitate the business service development of Reanda International, cultivate human resources pool for the global member firms of Reanda International, attract global talents for the Hainan Free Trade Port as well as support the establishment of the Sanya International Human Resources Industrial Park.
