Reanda International Signs MoU with ISCA to Enhance Professional Development in Sustainability among Global Network Firms

Reanda International Network Limited (Reanda International) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 24 February 2025, aimed at enhancing professional development and promoting sustainability across Reanda International’s global network firms. 

ISCA’s delegation visited Hong Kong and held a meeting with representatives of Reanda International. During the meeting, the MoU was signed by Mr. Franklin Lau, Chief Executive Officer of Reanda International, and Ms. Fann Kor, Chief Executive Officer of ISCA, under the witness of Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International and Ms. Zhao Xiaowei, Director of Reanda International. This partnership marks a pivotal milestone in promoting professional development in sustainability within the global accounting profession. The two organizations will collaborate on various initiatives, including training programs, accreditation, staff mobility, knowledge sharing, and more.

According to the MoU, Reanda International and ISCA will work closely to promote ISCA’s Sustainability Certification programmes to the network firms and their clients worldwide, including: 

  • ISCA Sustainability Professional Certification: Targeted at accounting and other professionals who are supporting their organisations in sustainability reporting.

  • ISCA Sustainability Assurance Professional Certification: Targeted at accounting and other professionals who are involved in providing assurance to sustainability reports.

In addition, Reanda International and ISCA will promote mobility for staff undergoing the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) programme, across Reanda International’s global network of firms. They will also extend invitations to selected networking events that benefit both ISCA and Reanda International’s members, and facilitate the sharing of resources and exchanges of knowledge in emerging areas that significantly impact the business and accounting sector.

Reanda International Chairman Mr. Huang Jinhui said, “The growing global concern over the impact of climate change has strengthened the demand for climate-related and sustainability disclosures.
