On 12 April 2025, Reanda International celebrated its 16th anniversary of internationalisation at a symposium held in Beijing. The event was attended by notable leaders, including former Vice Minister of Commerce Mr. Chen Jian and former member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary-General of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Mr. Gu Yanfan, along with over 70 representatives from senior volunteers, government departments, business associations, and overseas partners.
During the symposium, Reanda International and the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (Green Partnership or GPIPC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the presence of relevant leaders. This partnership aims to jointly promote the green, low-carbon, and sustainable development of national-level development zones.
Looking ahead, both sides will enhance collaboration in research and innovation within the field of green development, exploring new business models and cross-border cooperation opportunities in areas such as green finance and sustainable development reporting. Together, we are committed to improving the management standards and competitiveness of development zones and the enterprises in the development zones in terms of green development. This partnership will provide international, professional, and comprehensive financial consulting and green development solutions to enterprises in the development zones, facilitating their green transformation and upgrade.
About Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC)
In August 2016, the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (Green Partnership or GPIPC), a national-level economic and technological development zone, under the guidance of the Foreign Investment Department of the Ministry of Commerce, formed 36 green development achievements in Tianjin, Beijing, Suzhou, and Guangzhou. Remarkable national economic and technological development zones were co-sponsored and established. In May 2022, the Global Alliance of Special Economic Zones (GASEZ), jointly sponsored by eight special economic zone organizations from around the world, including the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), was officially established. Green Partnership is the only Chinese sponsor of GASEZ and the GASEZ China Liaison Office.
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization, Green Partnership aims to implement the five development concepts and the relevant requirements of the "Opinions on Promoting Innovation and Improvement of National Economic and Technological Development Zones to Create a New High Ground for Reform and Opening-up", promote the economic and ecological benefits of national economic and technological development zones, accelerate the construction of a green technology innovation system, accelerate the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure, continuously deepen opening up and international cooperation, and achieve high-quality development.
Green Partnership is committed to promoting the sustainable development of the park through five capabilities: Green development information service platform, green operation mechanism research platform, green innovation international cooperation platform, green industry investment and financing service platform, green technology innovation promotion platform.
The Secretariat of GPIPC is Tianjin TEDA Eco Center—a public service platform for regional green development established in March 2010, with the support of Tianjin Economic-Technological Area Administrative Committee. Up to now, branches have been set up in Nanchang, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Suzhou, Jinan, Hefei, Shihezi, Chengdu, Shenyang and Guangxi, and offices have been set up in Beijing, Shanghai and Europe (Germany).
