Reanda International welcomes new correspondent firm in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Reanda International is delighted to announce the admission of a new correspondent firm in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) effective 15 December 2021.

Established in 2014, Bizplus Finance d.o.o. (“Bizplus”) is a leading CPA firm in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 3 offices in the capital city Sarajevo. The firm was led by managing partner Mr. Elvir Gojak. Bizplus renders a wide range of audit & assurance, corporate finance, tax advisory, forensic audit, valuations, management consulting, preparation of transfer pricing studies, shared service center and other services. The firm’s client base includes but not limited to companies from various sectors, including automotive industry, wood manufacturing, metal processing as well as service industry.

The managing partner Mr. Elvir Gojak has more than 9 years of experiences in the corporate and private sector specialising in the areas of financial controlling, accounting, tax consulting and corporate finance. Mr. Gojak worked as the head of accounting and controlling for the ASA Prevent Group, a top 500 biggest companies in the Southeast Europe.  He had been involved in numerous accounting, compliance and M&A projects. Mr. Gojak is presently the member of the Supervisory Board of International Association of Forensic Auditors and Accountants (IAFAA).
