Reanda International welcomes new correspondent firm in Nigeria

Reanda International is delighted to announce the admission of a new correspondent firm in Nigeria effective 19 May 2021.

Established in 1992, Gbenga Badejo & Co. is a CPA firm headquartered in Lagos and with a branch office in Abuja. The firm was led by managing partner Sir. Adegbenga Olufemi Badejo and engagement partner Mr. Adesuyi Oluwayomi Bamidele. With 2 partners and a total staff force of 22, Gbenga Badejo & Co. provides a wide range of audit and assurance, accountancy, tax advisory, business advisory, financial and management consulting, company secretarial and human capital outsourcing services. Serving clients across a broad range of sectors including tourism, hospitality, healthcare, finance, banking and agriculture, the firm’s client base covers local and international entities including public listed entities.

The managing partner Sir. Adegbenga Olufemi Badejo has more than 34 years of experiences in providing various professional services to clients. He is currently the vice-chairman of Finance & General Purpose Committee - Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Member of Micro and Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) Committee. He served on the Board of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Faculty for Forensic Audit and Investigation, ICAN Practice Monitoring Group and ICAN Professional Practice Monitoring Committee. Engagement partner Mr. Adesuyi Oluwayomi Bamidele has more than 20 years of experience in providing audit, accountancy, forensic audit investigation, tax and management consultancy services to clients from different sectors.
