Reanda International welcomes new correspondent firm in Thailand

Reanda International is delighted to announce the admission of a new correspondent firm in Thailand effective 6 December 2021.

Established in 2007, Multiplus Audit and Consulting Co., Ltd (“Multiplus”) is a CPA firm headquartered in the capital city Bangkok. The firm was led by managing partner Mr. Surapon Thawanyavitchajit. Multiplus renders a wide range of statutory audit, internal audit, business and operational risk assessment, tax and advisory, IT audit, ERP implementation, company incorporation and other services. The firm’s client base ranged from small and medium enterprise companies to public listed companies and foreign multinationals, specializing in the sectors of trading, manufacturing, logistics, import and export as well as hospital.

The managing partner Mr. Surapon Thawanyavitchajit has more than 33 years of experiences in the areas of financial audit, internal audit, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, banking and finance, project finance and debt restructurings. Mr. Surapon accumulated his experience from various international professional firms and local audit firms where he was involved in numerous projects such as M&A due diligence, tax due diligence, management information system and accounting system design. He joined the local Big Four firm, KPMG, as the audit partner and headed up the financial service audit section. In 2014, he left and joined his family professional business Multiplus. Mr. Surapon Thawanyavitchajit has extensive training experience while he has been a regular public speaker and trainer for IFRS courses for more than 15 years.
