Reanda International welcomes new member firm from Saudi Arabia

Reanda International is delighted to announce the appointment of Rashed Abdullah Awaji Certified Public Accountants (“Awaji”) as our member firm in Saudi Arabia effective 1 May 2021.

Established in 2013, Awaji is a CPA firm headquartered in capital city Riyadh with a branch office in Al-Khbar with a total staff force of 34.

Led by managing partner Mr. Rashed Awaji, the firm provides a wide range of audit and assurance, consulting, insolvency, litigation and tax services. The firm’s client base includes but not limited to companies from various sectors, including retail, whole trading, travel and tourism, manufacturing, contracting, e-commerce and real estate.
Managing partner Mr. Rashed Awaji has more than 15 years of experiences in the areas of auditing and accounting, judicial accounting, administration, consulting, contracts management, financial and accounting arbitration. Before becoming the managing partner of the firm, he served as the principal auditor at King Saud University and as the financial analyst at the Saudi Electricity Company. Mr. Rashed Awaji is a member of Saudi Accounting Committee, SOCPA Performance Quality Control Committee and VAT Examination & Assessment Committee as well as a licensed trustee in Bankruptcy Committee.
