Reanda’s One Belt One Road Business Forum held in Beijing China

On 27 April 2017, Reanda International organised the One Belt One Road Business Forum at the Chinese Business Convention Center in Beijing China with the collaboration with the Beijing Association for Promoting Overseas Friendship, the Union of Beijing Business Services and the International Business College of the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. The forum was well received by over 100 senior officials from the Chinese government, accounting industry and business sector as well as representatives from various local presses.

Themed “One Belt One Road, Interact and Propel”, the forum was hosted by Dr. Miao Lu, Vice President and Executive Secretary General of the Center for China and Globalization and opened by Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International and Reanda China. The following guest speakers including government officials, industry executives and senior executives from business enterprises were invited to share their perspectives and insights about the opportunities and challenges facing the business sector when providing cross-border services to the Chinese enterprises investing in countries and nations along the Belt and Road route: Mr. Zhao Hongsheng, Vice President and Secretary General of Beijing Association for Promoting Overseas Friendship; Mr. Deng Hongbo, the member of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce; Mr. Jiang Xin, President of the Beijing Certified Tax Agents Association; Mr. Lu Mai, Secretary General of the China Development Research Foundation; Mr. Sun Yongfu, the General Director for European Affairs of China's Ministry of Commerce; Mr. Wang Liyan, Senior Consultant of Reanda China,  professor of Accounting at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University; Mr. Zhao Yanzhi, Director of Global Institute of Management and Economics at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics; Mr. Zhou Jinfeng, the Secretary-General of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation; Mr. Guo Jiangchuan, Chief Accountant of the Sinolight Corporation; Mr. Liu Yinggui, head of the international investment and trade department of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; Mr. Zhao Leifeng, CEO of the One Belt One Road (Beijing) Project Management Limited and Mr. Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International.

During the forum, the Country Analysis Report on the ten countries/nations along the Belt and Road route where Reanda has representation was launched. The Report analyzing the politics, economics, investment environment of the countries/nations and detailing the information of our local member firms serves as a useful reference for the Chinese investors who would like to invest in the overseas OBOR projects.The bilingual Doing Business in China publication issued by Reanda China was also launched during this important occasion.

The forum is indeed a pre-launched One Belt One Road activity of Reanda International to echo the international Belt and Road forum for International Cooperation to be held by the Chinese government on 14-15  May this year. While the Belt and Road policy has gained massive recognition and momentum internationally and is now an important business and cooperation direction orchestrated across all the layers in the nation and internationally, Reanda International as the pioneering promoter on the policy will definitely be rewarding.
