Webinar on “Change in Control – Section 57 of Income Tax Act” by Reanda Nepal

Reanda Nepal organized a webinar on the topic “Change in Control – Section 57 of Income Tax Act” in Zoom platform. The program was hosted by Reanda Nepal’s Tax Advisory wing – Biz Serve Tax Advisory and it was live broadcast through Facebook page of Reanda Biz Serve. There were more than 400 participants attending the webinar through live program. The program was started with opening remarks by Reanda Nepal Partner, Bishnu Bhandari and the paper was presented by Chairman of Biz Serve Tax Advisory Mr. Bhava Nath Dahal. There was Q&A session after the presentation and queries from the participants were responded.

The subject matter ‘Change in Control’ as stipulated in Income Tax of Nepal is one of the hot and debatable one with the complicated computation. There are difference of opinions among the professionals and with the Tax Authority about the application, computation methodologies, timing of submission of tax return etc. Reanda Nepal made its best effort to deliver its insights to the participants on the topic thorough webinar.
